Payment methods and security
BUOKIDS will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards, electronic payment systems, cash on delivery, or banking transfer upon availability as shown on the payment page, PayPal and cash on delivery, depending on the country where the order is to be sent. No other form of payment other than those mentioned before will be accepted.
We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, BUOKIDS uses a secured payment system. This means that all confidential data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.
How to buy
We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon on this website.
The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected items, the name, colour and price (including VAT).
In the shopping cart, we will show you a summary identifying the items to be purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs).
After selecting the items, you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order. Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in sending the items purchased.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from BUOKIDS confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will, among others, include information such as identification of the items purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs) and the delivery details.
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact at email@example.com who will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your order before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping cart.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from this website whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on this website, refusing to process a transaction.
CAMPER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international courier companies.
Dispatch times are as follows:
- In stock: 24 to 72 hours.
- Available in our central warehouses: 7 days. Usually dispatched within one week.
- Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- The delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in one of the countries listed at this website.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region or country.
In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund. If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see “Returns and exchanges”).

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the items.
Contact us at email@example.com and we will tell you how to do it.
BUOKIDS will take care of the costs of the return.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, without use and in their original packaging. It is therefore requested that in order to avoid transport problems, ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we’ll check your status. At the time we verify that the article (s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the products purchased; In the event that the product does not meet the conditions indicated, the return may be dismissed. In no case will the amount paid for “shipping” be returned.
You may send the items through the courier service that you choose or through the company BUOKIDS puts at your diposal.

Return of the defective product.
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, it will be entitled to the return of the product, informing to PAPER PLANE PARTNERS SL of the reason of return through any of the means FAC Ilitados in the present contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or bad condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. The customer will have up to 365 calendar days to request the change/return if it has a manufacturing defect.
PAPER PLANE PARTNERS SL agrees to assume the cost of the return and to reinstate the product by a new one according to conditions accepted at the time of the sale.
